| This is a great
mediation to do to clear your energy field and ground it.(You can also
incorporate your surroundings into this clearing)
Sit in a quiet place, free of distractions - animals
included :~)
Still yourself and say out loud:
I AM THE SOUL
I AM THE LIGHT DIVINE
I AM WILL
I AM FIXED DESIGN
Then ask your Higher Self to: remove
all negativity, or for good health, or anything special that you need
assistance with.
See yourself placing a spinning cyclone in white up over your head. Bring
it down slowly around you as it clears all the negativity from your energy
field. Let it move at it's own pace, you can feel it. It will stay
in certain areas as needed, or move on down. As it gets to your feet, see
it going further down into the middle of the earth and grounding itself.
I usually do this mediation seated in
my chair in the dinning room.
I see myself inside of the house, and I put the spinning cyclone above the
house, and clear the house and myself at the same time.
