Many numerologists believe that the house number has a certain vibration. Reduced to a single digit (1 to 9), it can then be analyzed very much like a person.

A 1 person is a natural leader, very assertive. At times such a person can be a bit bossy and overbearing. Therefore, the occupants of a one house would tend to take on these qualities. In some way the people in the neighborhood would look to them to set certain standards. Perhaps they are the ones to organize a block party, a community watch, or simply be the ones who inspire others because they are always on the go, always doing something new or interesting.

A 2 person is a natural diplomat, a peacemaker, and a person with an inherent need for some type of serenity, organization, and a touch of the artistic. If you live in a 2 house, chances are you are the one to settle differences when the neighbors on either side are feuding. Somehow you just manage to get along with others. In some way, a 2 house will stand out because there will be some little artistic touch by the front door, such as a special welcome sign or similar touch. Plus the lawn and surroundings may tend to be neater.

A 3 person loves to play, loves to take a carefree approach to life. A 3 house then is the type of home where all the kids in the neighborhood love to hang out and where the adults feel welcome to drop by for coffee or a spur of the moment party. Of course, it might be hard to study or do a lot of serious work in such an environment. After all, there are so many distractions. But this would be the natural qualities of this environment. In other words, it would be a fun place to live and one in which the occupants put up decorations for every holiday.

A 4 person is a hard worker, somewhat prone to tradition. Therefore, don't look for occupants of a 4 house to do any bold redecorating. If they are true to form, that house has probably had the same neat but conservative look it has had for years. And the people in such a house, won't tend to be overly flashy. They will, however, put a lot of focus on family (children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren). And it will be a very comfortable place to live for many, many years.

A 5 person wants to do so many things at once. He or she will tend to lose interest and move onto other matters. People in a 5 house will probably feel this sense of restlessness. If the vibrations are true to form, that 5 house may change owners several times in a short time. Perhaps someone starts to renovate and gives up. So there may be a few unfinished projects visible to all. But there's also a very sensual quality to the 5 and for the time that the people live there, there will be many happy, loving memories.

Well, chances are that person lives in a 6 house. Six is the natural caregiver. They love doing for others. Eight is a number of money and career. If the occupants of such a house act on these vibrations, look to the couple to both have high-powered careers. They will not only show up at community meetings but they are likely to make quite an impression with their flashy clothes and expensive cars. They don't mean to come off as snobs but somehow they do. Visit their house and you are probably painfully aware of needing a coaster when you are offered a beverage. And you may feel a little stiff admiring all the fancy furniture but it sure is nice. Don't be surprised though if these folks don't stick around for long. They are likely to "trade up" to a better house just as soon as they can afford it or put on an addition to make the place even grander.

Nine has some of the spiritual qualities of the seven. Yet these people are concerned about world affairs, making things better on the planet. If people in a nine house are true to form, take a look at their driveway. Chances are their cars will be sensible economy models that don't hurt the environment too much. And those cars are likely to have bumper stickers promoting everything from "Save the planet!" to some idealistic candidate for public office. Expect their kids to come by now and then selling raffle tickets for some charity. And although the occupants may have some offbeat ideas (like the seven) somehow they will be much more inclined to chat and make you feel welcome.
