THE CHAKRAS AND THEIR LOCATIONS

Crown Chakra - The Goddess- associated with the color Violet or White. Governs Upper Brain, Right Eye, our connection with the divine. To balance, use a clear quartz and white candles. Holiday association~ Lammas/Harvest Aug 1st & Mabon Sept 22nd festivals .

Third Eye Chakra -Spirituality- associated with the color Indigo. Governs Lower Brain, Left Eye, Ears, Nose, Nervous System, insight, psychic sense. To balance, use an amethyst and purple candles. Holiday association~ Midsummer June 21st.

Throat Chakra - Communication- associated with the color Blue. Governs Bronchial and Vocal Apparatus, Lungs, thyroid. To balance, use a Lapis stone and blue candles. Holiday association~ Beltane May 1st.

Heart Chakra - Universal Love- associated with the color Green or Pink. Governs Heart, Blood, Circulatory System, emotions, empathy. To balance, use an aventurine(healing)or rose quartz(love), and pink or green candles. Holiday association~ Ostara March 21st.

Solar Plexus Chakra -Instincts- associated with the color Yellow. Governs Stomach, Liver, Gall Bladder, Nervous System, intuition, self-confidence. To balance, use a yellow jasper or citrine stone and yellow candles. Holiday association~ Imbolc Feb 2nd.

Sacral Chakra - Sexuality - associated with the color Orange. Governs Reproductive Systems, relationships with others. To balance, use an orange/red jasper or carnelian stone and orange candles. Holiday association~ Yule Dec 22nd.

Base or Root Chakra - Grounding - associated with the color Red. Governs Spine, Kidneys, Family relations, survival instincts. To balance, use a bloodstone or garnet, and use red candles. Holiday association~ Samhain Oct 31st.

 


Chakra Stone Sets:

We may want to add a Kyanite Blade - It's purpose is for balancing all chakras & connecting the Kundalini & Hara lines at the thymus.
Also, this stone is very helpful. April had us work with it, and I found it very healing to the heart!
 

Chrysocolia:
in a heart shape, is extremely rare and makes a very potent healing tool. This stone heals the joints and tissues, assisting with arthritis, muscle damage, and also with bringing emotional stability and balance to any situation.

Lepidolite:
 grape-hued stone which contains  Lithium, makes the ideal emotional-balancer. It's also rare to find in a heart shape.

Rhodonite:
Soothes soul damage resulting from abuse, as well as having the lovely effect of drawing soulmates together for a lifelong bond. Some witches have found it to be a more intense, straightforward, passionate heart chakra stone than most. In the Cosmic Egg shape, it represents the (re)birth of deep healing at this chakra level, as well as being a fabulous soulmate-drawing stone.

Amethyst:
The ultimate 3rd Eye Chakra stone, is decidedly the most popular healing stone these days, running neck in neck with Rose & Clear Quartz.
It has also been found helpful in assisting with abating jet lag, brain fog and sleep difficulties resulting from being away from your own bed. Also wonderful to hold during meditation to help you connect with your Spirit Guide(s). Opens and activates the second sight center.
